Excellent beach access right across the street and the staff was friendly. The room was a bit small and there was noise from the road. Enjoyed the morning aerobics by the beach. Would stay again for the location.

The room we stayed in was pretty cozy and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. They also had a nice selection of tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there wasn't a mini-bar in the room which would have been convenient. One thing I really liked was the sitting area in the room, it was quite comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The terrace offered a nice outdoor space to enjoy the view. I wish they had a dining table in the room for added convenience. The rooms were not as soundproofed as I would have liked, and I could sometimes hear noise from the neighboring rooms. the garden furniture could use some updating as it looked a bit worn out. On the bright side, they provided free toiletries which were a nice touch. I was disappointed to find out that there was no washing machine or dryer available. It would have been handy to have those facilities, especially after a day at the beach. The staff was accommodating and offered a shuttle service, which was convenient for getting around. They also had tours and ticket assistance, which made it easy to plan activities during our stay. I feel like they could improve on their happy hour offerings.

I chose the hotel for its close proximity to St. Augustine, the Oldest City in the United States, and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access. The deluxe breakfast was a delightful bonus, and the tour pickups made exploring the historic city convenient.

Eggs frozen, coffee ran out early, limited phone wifi.
